How it works
The Partner Program, in short
The full terms are inside your partner panel under Partner Program › Terms. These are the main points.
Commission
- You earn a percentage of what the stores you bring pay for their StoreLine plan. Your rates are set in your agreement and shown in your panel; they can differ by plan and by monthly or yearly billing.
- How long you earn depends on your agreement: for example only on a store's first payment, on every payment in its first 12 months (counted from its first payment, monthly or yearly), or for as long as the store keeps paying, usually at a lower rate.
- The ৳297 intro offer earns commission too, at your rate for that plan billed monthly (when that rate is above 0%).
- Stores that sign up with your link can get a discount on their first regular payment (not on the ৳297 intro offer). Your panel shows what new stores get.
- Your own store and stores on the Free plan earn nothing.
Approval and refunds
- Every payment has a 7-day refund window. A commission is checked by hand and approved only after that window has passed. For a manual bKash or bank payment, the 7 days start once StoreLine has checked the payment.
- If a payment is refunded, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken off your next payout.
Payouts
- We pay to your approved bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account, with the transaction ID recorded in your panel.
- StoreLine usually pays once your balance reaches your minimum payout (often ৳500), shown in your panel.
Your link
- Your link (my.storeline.io/p/your-code) fills in your code when a seller signs up.
- After a click, the link is remembered for 15 days, and the latest click counts. Repeat clicks within 30 minutes count once.
- A code that is already on the store, from the link it signed up with or added in its dashboard before its first payment, always comes first.

- StoreLine sets up your sign-in and sends you an invite. Then sign in at my.storeline.io/login.
- See your stores, commissions and payouts, download reports as PDF, Excel or CSV, and get notifications.
- Keep your profile and payout accounts up to date; changes are approved by StoreLine.
